Born in rural southwest Germany, an underage TAM would sneak into Stuttgart’s hip-hop clubs, witnessing soundsystem clashes and reggae bashments. Fueled by the inner turmoil of her teenage years, she started writing diaristic rap lyrics – inspired by Alicia Keys’ soulful, iconic glamour and the dark, dramatic music of Amy Winehouse. Over the years, her sound naturally evolved into a unique blend moving between neo-soul, hip-hop and rap. A late-bloomer as an artist, TAM started out as a music journalist and still hosts many formats and live events in German pop culture, sports & politics. But she eventually found her way to recording and releasing her first own songs in 2021. Her poetic, empowering lyrics regularly focus on the importance of self-care. She speaks out for diversity and inclusion, even in the face of heavy pushback, proudly representing strong inner values like authenticity and honesty, humbleness and humility, genuine kindness and respect.
